For the past 2 years, I've been working as a PR manager for my wife Suma. Sounds weird, but yes. The best part is that I realized this new role only a couple of days ago. Her career as a television show host in Telugu entertainment channels requires some kind of exposure and correct publicity, especially in the online world. It all started with creating an Orkut profile, which started receiving friend requests in leaps and bounds. But, Suma was very careful about accepting them. And them came Facebook. I had to help her maintain a Facebook profile and update her statuses often. Apart from these two, there was Twitter. She joined that instantly, when I told her what exactly it was and how it would benefit her.
Suma always insisted on having a separate web page for herself promoting her interests. I felt this was a good idea. And blogger from Google was the answer. I helped her create a blog and post her travels, shootings. It was drawing decent traffic and was very helpful in creating an image for her as an anchor. Do visit her blog and post comments. It's here....

Just a couple of days ago, while I was discussing these things with friends over lunch, I suddenly realized that, I'm almost working like a PR manager. And that's how the idea of my next post came up. While I was writing this post, Suma was busy preparing "ulli kaaram dosa" for me. She always tries to impress me with food. After all, she's a cookery show host and I need some remuneration for my services. See you with more boring posts.
